Want to feel confident placing Newborn Care Specialists (NCS)? This workshop breaks down the 3 essential elements of successful NCS placements. We’ll dive into how to vet NCS candidates for the right experience, training, and temperament, so your clients are thrilled. You’ll learn how to spot the key differences between an NCS, a night nanny, and a postpartum doula, and how to guide clients to what they truly need. Plus, we’ll show you how to write job ads that speak directly to experienced NCS professionals, attracting the right candidates while showing you understand their world. Join us to sharpen your placement skills and build trust with both clients and candidates!
