Protecting Your Agency: Smart Insurance Strategies for Reducing Risk

Running a nanny or household staffing agency comes with unique risks and being unprepared can lead to devastating consequences. This session takes a practical, educational approach to identifying and addressing the potential liabilities agencies face, whether you provide nanny placements, backup care, elder care, or a mix of services. Through real-world scenarios, agency owners will gain insight into common exposures and how to proactively protect their businesses. Topics will include general liability, professional liability, sexual abuse and molestation coverage, employment practices liability, cyber risk, commercial auto, and crime/bond coverage. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of the insurance tools available to reduce risk, protect their reputation, and ensure financial stability. Don’t miss this opportunity to gain the knowledge and confidence you need to make informed decisions about safeguarding your agency.
