Every business owner dreams of building a successful company that also supports a fulfilling life. But what happens when burnout creeps in and the dream starts to feel overwhelming? In this thoughtful and engaging workshop, we’ll explore what it really means to lead a sustainable business, one that nurtures both your goals and your well-being. We’ll challenge the myths of hustle culture and the pressure to always do more, unpack the emotional toll of entrepreneurial life, and reframe what success can look like. Through reflection, open dialogue, and actionable strategies, you’ll gain tools to create healthier boundaries, align your business with your values, and respond with clarity when burnout hits. This session is your space to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself and your purpose—so you can move forward with confidence, resilience, and yes, maybe even a full night’s sleep.
